Real Question

Do quotes inside of parens inside of quotes inside of parens require the single quote treatment?

e.g.

(“In the Commission's view, however, a person who is only regarded as having a disability is not entitled to a reasonable accommodation. See Howard v. Widnall, Appeal No. 01931905, at 7 (EEOC May 12, 1994)… (person who is merely regarded as having a disability “does not require reasonable accommodation”). So many things.

1. My roommate is an old man who needs a hearing aid and he's watching Annie in his room at about 100 decibels.
